I'm Janet, a Product Designer with 10+ years of design experience, including 8+ years in product, mostly in Web3, crypto, and fintech, with earlier work in healthcare and government.

What I'm best at: shipping regulated, multi-market products end-to-end. At Gate (top 10 global CEX) and ThunderCore (Layer 1 blockchain), I designed exchanges, wallets, DeFi platforms across 10+ markets including the EU, Japan, Turkey, and HK. Recent work I'm proud of: 200%+ lift in sign-ups from a regulated onboarding redesign, and a App/Web design system that cut handoff time by 30%.
